Say NO to Dangerous CO Pipelines In Our Backyard

What's at Stake

The Oil Sands Alliance is planning to construct a massive, multi-billion dollar Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) project across northeast Alberta, paid for by taxpayers.

This project includes a CO₂ pipeline run through regular Albertans’ backyards, with massive safety and economic risks along the route. These are a new and largely untested technology, and a leaking or ruptured CO₂ pipeline can harm people and animals within a 20 kilometre “hazard zone.”

Would you want a CO₂ pipeline in your backyard?

We are organizing to protect our homes, farms, and communities from becoming a dumping ground for industrial waste.
